Are you feeling stuck in a productivity rut? If so, you’re not alone! It can be difficult to find the motivation and energy needed to stay productive day after day. Fortunately, there are a number of tools available today that can help.
Here are 10 of my favourites:
Evernote: This popular note-taking app allows users to create “notebooks” containing text, audio, photos, and other files. With both desktop and mobile versions available, it makes it easy to share notes with colleagues or work on projects from anywhere.
RescueTime: This tool helps track how you spend your time online and provides detailed analytics about your daily habits. Knowing how you're spending your time each day can make it easier to identify areas for improvement or identify distractions that need to be eliminated.
Focus@Will: Music is known for increasing focus levels and this app takes this concept one step further by using specially designed neuro-music tracks to maximise concentration levels while working.
Pocket: this app stores articles and webpages that you don't have time to read right away so they won't get lost in the shuffle of other webpages later on down the line.
Trello: Perfect for project management, this cloud-based software allows users to create boards (similar to whiteboards) which can be used as an organisational tool when putting together ideas or tasks collaboratively with others..
Todoist: Ideal for those who prefer lists over boards, Todoist helps manage tasks by organising them into lists and even setting reminders for due dates so nothing slips through the cracks!
Pomodoro Timer: This timer was designed with productivity in mind - Pomodoro utilizes a 25 minute timer followed by short breaks every few hours (or longer if necessary). Using this timer will help keep workloads on track and manage fatigue more effectively throughout the day!
Freedom App: If social media notifications or other online distractions often derail your productivity then consider trying Freedom - simply turn it "on" and all distracting websites will be blocked until it's turned off again!
Google Calendar: staying organised doesn’t have to be hard - Google Calendar keeps track of everything from meetings and reminders to events so you'll never miss an important engagement again!
LastPass Password Manager: remembering multiple passwords is a hassle - LastPass eliminates this burden by storing all your passwords in one secure place (and automatically filling out forms!). It even has two factor authentication for added security measures if needed!

Want to transform one of your screens into a dedicated, stylish clock? An online time screen can do just that, offering a full-screen display of the current time with various customization options. This is perfect for an office, a study room, or even a living area if you have a spare tablet or monitor. You can often choose between 12/24 hour modes, select different themes, and even enable a dark mode to match your environment or reduce eye strain. It’s a modern and functional way to always have the time clearly visible.
